Delicious and HEALTHY egg white omelette with grilled eggplants, mushrooms and spinach. Served with multigrain toast and a side field salad. 
The size of this amazing omelette is huge! The portion is thick enough to satisfy your growling stomach. I was so full by the time I finished the omelette that I couldn't even finish the toasts and salad, which is great because egg white omelette (PROTEIN) trumps toast (CARBS) in my book any day!!

Steamed Crabmeat and Pork Soup Dumplings. These may look like your average buns but they taste as yummy as dumplings. Upon biting into them, the soup inside these dumplings explodes in your mouth and OH MY GOD!! THEY ARE SO GOOD!!! Also, these are not at all fattening. They are made mainly with soup, not sauce, so you don't have to worry about those pesky calories.




















HEALTHY SEAFOOD AND TOFU SOUP!!!! Not only does this NOT have any carbs in it, it is great for those on a diet! Soup is one of those low calorie meals you can eat on your diet to maintain or drop a few pounds. Plus, tofu and seafood are my top two healthiest and favorite protein sources because they are not only healthier than meat but also lower in calories. Trust me, the actual meal looks better than this picture. The soup includes chopped tofu, shrimp, scallops, squid, egg whites, peas and carrots. This is broth based so it does not have the added calories of cream based soups. Soup and the dumplings above = YUM!

Half roasted veggie salad with avocado, artichokes, eggplant, asparagus, red and yellow peppers, corn and sun-dried tomatoes over romaine lettuce. Ask for dressing on the side. Delicious and perfect for veggie lovers and comes up to 300 calories at the most. All healthy items, with no fattening extras like calorie laden dressing, cheese, croutons or other fixings to ruin it.
