Nuts About Nuts

Do you love nuts? No, not the ones on the male body...tsk tsk, but I'm talking about the delicious ones that come in packages at your local supermarket. But here's the dilemma. How do we know which nuts to choose? Some of us may have a favorite, mine being pistachios, but some of us do not. We bounce around from nut to nut, choosing either between which ones taste the best or which ones are the healthiest or the lowest calories. Well, look no further. According to an article on Huffington Post, here is how the list of nuts stack up with each other. Let's see whether our favorite nuts are not as healthy as we thought or if a nut that we thought we hated are actually the healthiest. Also for the health nuts out there, let's see which ones will be listed on your next grocery list.

Fattiest Nuts:
-Macadamia Nuts (10-12 nuts = 21 grams fat, 200 calories)
-Pecans (18-20 halves = 20 grams fat, 200 calories)
