Do you like bagels? I sure do! Especially with a spread of cream cheese or peanut butter, toasted, with a side of coffee. However, bagels are horrible to become addicted to. They pack a whopping 300 calories (sometimes more) per bagel because they are so dense. But I still prefer them because they are filling and so delicious.
