EAT THIS:

Base: Kale Leaves or Spinach Leaves

Protein: Raw Tofu or Grilled Chicken























Additional: Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Peppers, Broccoli, Onions, Celery























Dressing: Avocado















DO NOT EAT THIS:

Base: Iceberg Lettuce

Protein: Breaded Chicken

Additional: Parmesan Cheese, Bacon Bits, Croutons



Dressing: Any Salad Dressing
