Healthy Substitutions

Drop that butter! Flush that soda! Unhand that bagel! Sometimes we feel as if the only ways to enjoy our meals is to eat our meals the only way we know how, by eating the foods we believe are "normal". We tend not to be creative with our foods because they may be gross. We believe all burgers must be beef, all baking must be done with butter, all cooking with oil and all sandwiches with mayo. Well kids, that's why we're fat.
