The Perfect Sandwich
Sandwiches are the classic American lunch. They're quick, easy, delicious, cheap and allow you to be creative. However, not all sandwiches are created equal. We need to know which sandwiches will benefit our healths and which ones will destroy them. Cafeteria white bread, week old sandwiches are not the same as fresh homemade nutritious sandwiches. Here is a guide to making the perfect and healthy sandwich.

Healthendelicious Dining: Sabrina's Cafe
Sabrina's cafe is famous for it's large portions, so their meals are rarely in the low calorie range. However, sometimes high calories can also mean nutritious calories. A meal ranging at around 700-800 calories can be full of healthy calories rather than just fat and oil. What we should stay away from are the 1500-2000 calorie entree ranges.
I personally LOVE Sabrina's cafe because they always leave me satisfied and full even if I've been starving all day. Here is a compiled list of healthy menu choices at Sabrina's cafe.

Starbucks: Are The Pounds Worth The Bucks??
We all love Starbucks! We crave that Caramel Macchiato every morning on our ways to work and certainly don't mind standing in that long ass line every single time we visit a Starbucks. We even manage to blow half our paychecks on Starbucks alone. But is Starbucks harming our healths along with our bank accounts? We may be paying for the overpriced coffee and muffins but are we also paying them with our healths? Is Starbucks one of the main reasons we wake up every morning with an additional 5lbs on our guts or can eating at Starbucks every meal help us lose weight as it did for the woman who went on the Starbucks diet, which I think is ridiculous.
So what are we supposed to order at Starbucks? Should we start swapping our Java Chip Frappuccinos for regular dark roasts? Should we swap out muffins for oatmeal? Some Starbucks do list the caloric content of some of its foods and beverages, but what about the ones that do not? Do we make our choices based on instinct or craving? Or should we just leave and head off to work without it?!? *GASP* WHAT NONSENSE!!
If you want to know what you should be getting to maintain a healthy diet, look no further than this post!
